This GE MWF Refrigerator water filter is working nice, we are happy with it,and we recieved it in good conditions. I have a GE side by side refrigerator that uses this filter. My refrigerator manuel states that my filter should last for about 300 - 350 gallons of water. But I'm suppose to wait until the red filter light appears before I change the filter. My before stream of water from the water dispenser was about the width of a wooden tooth pick, and it did not flow very fast.
